A little bit about me. I am a qualified chef, I believe in using only the best local produce and cooking sustainably. Minimising wastage is my top priority. I have a good understanding and knowledge of various flavour profiles. I have an eye for detail in cooking and recipe development and I simply LOVE what I do. My experience working in advertising as a Food Stylist has taught me the importance of being adaptable to any situation and to think on my feet. I believe that food styling is a true art form.
